10th Anniversary!
It's our 10th anniversary and we're adding something really special! You have two choices!
Run the Original KF5
OR
Join us for "Last One Standing" Backyard Marathon!
Run an approximate 6km loop every hour, on the hour! As long as you finish in under 60 minutes, you can choose to head to the start line and go again! Set a goal for two laps, or ten! This race ends when a last runner completes his or her final loop!

about THE RACE
The Kootenay Fun 5 is an annual 5k
"fun run" fundraiser in Cranbrook, BC. We use the funds raised from the KF5 to provide additional educational tools to the students of Kootenay Christian Academy. We're excited for the 10th annual event with an optional new challenge of "Last One Standing" Backyard Ultramarathon!
Come out with the whole family - kids, moms & dads, grandmas and grandpas - and walk or run our orignial race, or break your limits and try our backyard ultra!
See you at the start line on Saturday May 3, 2025 at 10am!
