Exclusive FREE 6-Week Training
Starting April 4, 2018!
We are offering a FREE six-week progression program for all KootenayFun5 registrants starting April 4th and consisting of combinations of walk and run intervals, rest days and cross-training days. It is of utmost importance that anyone with the goal of running any distance also work on endurance training in combination with strength training, interval training and mobility work to remain stress and injury free. The program will be designed for beginners assuming no previous injury. Something fun and very doable for ages 5 to 105!
